Floral Designer Nicolas Cogrel, began his career at the age of 15, studying at an artistic floristry design school in France.

Nicolas promptly acquired several weekly floral accounts in Paris, working with well-known Fashion designers on Faubourg Saint-Honoré and Avenue Montaigne, but also with emerging artists and photographers.

PARIS TO NYC - Recognized for his exceptional talent, Nicolas relocated to New York City seven years ago to work with renowned floral artists such as Olivier Guigni of L’olivier Floral fame. After diverse collaborations which allowed him to create arrangements for the city’s high-profile residences and events, and over 15 years experience, Nicolas decided to take a step further and build a brand of his own.

A NEW BEGINNING - Nicolas Cogrel Flowers was launched mid- 2015. The studio’s bold signature can already be seen in some of the most exciting architectural projects in NYC, such as the Tadao Ando building or the One57 Tower. Nicolas was also instrumental in the creation of Lancôme’s muse, Lupita Nyong’o's, “Opening Night bouquet forest”. While his style is mostly deemed as modern, he remains open to the utmost design possibilities and likes to think that no project is too big nor too small.

The studio is conveniently located in the heart of the Flower District. Our services are available in New York City and for most services in the Tri-State area.
